Privacy Policy
The operator of Mech Dive (the “Operator”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information is processed when you use the game and related services, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

2. Information, Purposes, and Retention

3. Legal Bases
Depending on your location and the context, the Operator processes information to perform its agreement with you, respond to your request, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, or based on consent. Consent will be requested before processing where required.
4. How Information Is Collected
- Automatically when you use the app and game functions;
- directly from you when you choose a nickname or use friend and reporting features;
- when you send an email from your device's mail app to support; and
- automatically by SDKs depending on their configuration and runtime environment.
Support emails are sent through your chosen mail app. You can review and edit the automatically prepared message before sending it.
5. Service Providers and Disclosure
The Operator does not sell your personal information. Information is not disclosed to third parties except as described here, with your direction or consent, or where permitted or required by law.

Information may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards and notice.
6. International Transfers
Firebase may transmit and process information on servers operated by Google LLC and its affiliates outside your country. Transfer details include:
- recipient: Google LLC and its affiliates;
- locations: countries where Google/Firebase maintains data-processing infrastructure, as described in Google's current infrastructure and data-location documentation;
- data: account identifiers, game service data, and analytics data described in Section 2;
- purpose: authentication, storage and synchronization, analytics, security, and reliability;
- timing/method: transmitted over an encrypted network when the Service is used; and
- retention: the periods in Section 2 or the applicable Google service policy.
For Firebase privacy information, visit Firebase Privacy and Security. You may object by discontinuing the Service and requesting deletion, but core Firebase-based functions may then be unavailable.
7. Deletion
- When information is no longer needed or its retention period ends, it is deleted or rendered impracticable to recover without undue delay.
- Information that must be retained by law is separated and used only for the required purpose and period.
- Electronic records are securely deleted; physical records, if any, are shredded or otherwise securely destroyed.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or account deletion. Send your UID and request to the support email. The Operator will perform the minimum verification necessary and respond within the legally required period. If a request must be limited, the reason will be explained.
Because the Service uses anonymous authentication, it may be difficult to locate an account or verify ownership if you no longer have the UID or access to the relevant device.
Where applicable, you may complain to your local data protection authority. EEA/UK users may also have rights to portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
9. Security
The Operator uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, Firebase security rules, least-privilege access, and system review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children's Privacy
Age requirements are operated according to platform settings and applicable laws in each release region. Where parental consent is legally required, the Operator will apply an appropriate consent process. Contact support if you believe a child's information was collected without required authorization.
11. Changes to this Policy
Changes will be announced through the Service or this page before their effective date. Material changes affecting your rights will receive additional notice or consent where required by law.
